My
name is John, I'm 35 yrs old [as of Sept 2002], and have been flying flight simulators
since the early days of SubLogic. I was the kid on the block who used
all his fishing line to hang plastic models of P-40's from the bedroom
ceiling. My brothers and I used to sketch out every episode of "Blacksheep
Squadron" on data processing paper, then wrap it around paper towel rolls
so we could "play it back"!
So....
it's only natural I should end up here at the RAF_662!
I
work as a Project Manager in the Telecomm industry (what's left of it), and my
other hobbies include playing guitar, flying kites, adventure travel (look for
me at Duxford next year!). I am originally from Denver, but I have lived
in Europe - and presently live in Missouri.
I'm
a pilot and an Army veteran. I have been a member of the Civil Air
Patrol on and off since I was 12 yrs old. I enjoy teaching kids about
aviation, space science, aviation history, search and rescue, and military
life.
I
love flying with all the great chaps at the RAF_662, and especially Bravo
Squadron! Raise your pints! S!
